WHO THE HECK ARE THE MO BROS?
The brotherhood of grooming opened its doors in 2014 to welcome in its bearded bros and help them solve their bearded problems with British ingredients (swapping a stiff upper lip for a fun facial grooming routine). Today, the Mo Bros have helped over 500,000 brothers in 78 countries. Read more about the Mo Bros story.
SHIPPING
Shipping within the UK is £2.95 for our standard 2/3 WORKING DAY service. Shipping is FREE for orders over £25.
We offer a NEXT WORKING DAY service for £7.95 or £5.95 for orders over £50.
We ship our orders within 1/2 working days of receiving it. Please note that our working hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 5. Orders will not be processed outside of those hours. So if you place an order at the weekend or the evening, then it will not be processed until those working hours.
For our standard 2/3 WORKING DAY service we cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered within this timeframe. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, our courier delivery times vary. Please contact us via hello@mobros.co.uk if your order is taking longer that 5 days to be delivered.
For our NEXT WORKING DAY service your order must be placed before 1:30pm on the previous working day for guaranteed delivery on the next day. Please note that Royal Mail cannot guarantee a time for delivery and it can be any time up to 9:00pm.
Usually, once your order has been shipped you will receive an email informing you of your order being shipped along with a tracking code. If you have not received an email then please check you spam folder.
Within your order despatch email the tracking reference will be shown.
PLEASE NOTE: Full tracking is not always provided for our standard 2/3 WORKING DAY. If no tracking information is provided then it will only show when the order has been delivered. If you have any queries then please email hello@mobros.co.uk.
The Mo Bros only process and dispatch orders between Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm. Orders placed after 1:30pm on a Friday or over the weekend (including Bank Holidays) will not be processed or dispatched until the next WORKING day.
Orders placed after 1:30pm may not be processed or dispatched until the NEXT WORKING DAY.
Yes, the Mo Bros do ship to international destinations. Please check out our Delivery Page for further information on shipping costs and delivery times.
No, any duties or customs fees must be paid by the customer as per the relevant country's laws. Any delays or additional costs will not be the responsibility of the Mo Bros.
Unfortunately, there may be a wide range of reasons why we don't ship to your country. The main reason usually because the local delivery service within the country is not up to the standard required for our customers. Please email hello@mobros.co.uk for information regarding your country.
Unfortunately, we have stock over 2 warehouses and it's not always certain which warehouse your stock will be picked from when your order is placed, therefore, collection cannot be made from the Mo Bros.
LATE DELIVERIES
The Mo Bros are still providing the full excellent service as always during these difficult times. The Mo Bros are working to all the relevant national and local guidelines in terms of it's employees. The Mo Bros are working with their partners to ensure that they are also following the relevant Covid-19 guidelines.
PLEASE NOTE: that our standard delivery services may be delayed due to our couriers handling more packages than normal or due to local lockdown restrictions. If your delivery has taken 5 working days or more then please email hello@mobros.co.uk.
Due to Covid-19 we are finding that some of our couriers are experiencing delays with our standard 2/3 working day deliveries. Please give your order a little more time before contacting the Mo Bros. If your order still hasn't arrived within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email then then please email hello@mobros.co.uk.
If you see that the tracking information says that it has been "delivered", but you haven't received it, then please check with your neighbours or anyone else within your household.
The package may also have been left in a secure location so please check any outbuildings, recycling bins, dog kennels, etc.
Also, the courier may have left a card if you were not available at the time of delivery and no suitable place was available to leave the package. Please check that this is the case and contact the local courier on the details provided.
If you still cannot locate your package then please email hello@mobros.co.uk.
While we try to ensure that your order will be dispatched in one parcel, sometimes it is necessary to send your order out on separate parcels. If you have an item missing from your order then please try the following:
1. Check you order shipment emails. You may receive 2 emails, each with a tracking number on.
2. Log into your account at www.mobros.co.uk/account/login and check the order for the relevant tracking numbers.
3. If you still cannot locate your order information then please please email hello@mobros.co.uk.
PLACING AN ORDER
The Mo Bros accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro cards. We also accept Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We also accept Mo Bros Gift Cards.
We regret that due to security issues we cannot accept telephone orders.
We regret that once an order has been placed it cannot be amended on the website. At the earliest opportunity please contact the Mo Bros on 0116 3191080 or email hello@mobros.co.uk.
PLEASE NOTE: your order may already be processed and out for delivery therefore we would not be able to amend your order. If this is the case then you will need to return the item before we can send an alternative out.
Your voucher code can be added within the Checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: that if you are using a mobile device then you may need to click on 'Show order summary & discount code'
If your voucher code isn't working then please ensure that there isn't already a voucher code within the checkout. Only 1 Voucher code can be used at a time.
Please also check that your cart doesn't contain a bundle deal. Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with these bundle deals.
Our gift cards work exactly like our voucher codes. Please enter your gift card code into the checkout. If your code isn't working then please ensure that there isn't already a code within the checkout. Only 1 code can be used at a time.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Yes, we accept returns either for an exchange or for a refund. You will have 30 days from the time of delivery in order to return the item(s) to us.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we would kindly ask that you email us at hello@mobros.co.uk alongside an image of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we receive the image we will look into the matter further and be in touch within 24 hours.
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your refund yet, we ask you to kindly check your bank account again. We would then recommend contacting your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, we recommend contacting your bank; we often find there is some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@mobros.co.uk.

The Mo Bros do offer samples of our 3 main scents - Vanilla & Mango, Sandalwood and Cedarwood. Please contact hello@mobros.co.uk to obtain any samples.

Our Beard Oil, Butter and Beard Wash are vegan friendly. Our moustache wax and beard balm contain bees wax. Our Beard Brush is also made from Boar's Hair.
Vanilla & Mango
The subtle scent of vanilla, when combined with the tropical, fresh and fruity aroma of mango, provides a delicious and summery fragrance.
Sandalwood
This alluring, lush fragrance packs a musky, woody bouquet, and beautifully complements our range of scents.
Cedarwood
This scent carries a distinct, woody fragrance. Through the exacting process of steam distillation on the wood pieces originating from the cedar tree, this essential oil is a beautiful scent for the beardsman.
To ensure that we can provide the best quality products and the best customer service we have reduced the number of scents and products that we will make. Therefore, only our Vanilla & Mango, Sandalwood and Cedarwood scents will be permanently in stock. The other scents that we used to stock and any limited edition scents will be back in stock from time to time.

Our butter, wash and conditioner contain alcohol based ingredients. Everything else is alcohol free.
